Claudia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Robert J. Trulaske College of Business at the University of Missouri.
After graduating from college, Claudia began her career with the St. Louis Cardinals as a Direct Sales Representative. Claudia has worked with Ted for more than two years and is a licensed Realtor. She assists with all aspects of client services.
BLAKE ANDERSON | DIGITAL MARKETING DIRECTOR:
Blake earned his Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management at the John Cook School of Business - Saint Louis University.
Previously, Blake spent 2 years in client relations at Apple in St. Louis. Blake directs the Digital Marketing, Online Advertising, Social Media and Website development for Ted Wight at Dielmann Sotheby’s International Realty. Blake has spent more than two years working to enhance the Ted Wight brand.
HILARY NORTHCUTT | BUYER EXPERIENCE DIRECTOR:
A native of the United Kingdom, Hilary has lived in the St. Louis area for over 30 years. After graduating college in the UK with a degree in Education and Child Psychology, she moved to St. Louis to teach Elementary Education in University City. She also earned a second degree in Elementary Education and Missouri Life Certification from Webster University.
Having grown up in Europe, Hilary has an innate passion for older homes and has had the good fortune to have lived in a number of them in St. Louis. She was a pioneer in Lafayette Square in the mid-80’s and renovated a 3-story Victorian townhome. Hilary also lived in the Central West End and Clayton and now calls Chesterfield her home. Experiencing firsthand the uniqueness of these neighborhoods has given her a deep appreciation for the special appeal different parts of St. Louis has to offer in relation to both its’ homes and its’ rich history.
Prior to Hilary’s real estate career, she spent 25 years as a top performing sales professional, selling mortgage and bank software training to some of the largest financial institutions in the country. While not focused on work, her interests include her two daughters, two step sons, three grandchildren, yoga, pilates, reading, classical music, art and travel.
RYAN FALK | SOCIAL MEDIA DIRECTOR:
Ryan is a graduate of Althoff Catholic High School near his hometown of Swansea Illinois. He then earned a Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising and Marketing from the University of Missouri in Columbia.
Ryan assists Ted Wight with Digital Marketing, Social Media and Online Advertising. Since joining the team, Ryan has helped to grow the social media presence of the brand by 10k followers and has increased the recognition of the brand.
